On June 17, 2016, the glass fiber reinforced plastic tubular wet electrostatic precipitator (# 5) of 1000MW unit of Anhui Wanneng Tongling Power Generation Co., Ltd. undertaken by Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. was put into operation formally. The discharge of soot and dust was less than 3mg / Nm3 and the body resistance was less than 200Pa. Operating parameters to meet the technical requirements of the agreement, the successful realization of ultra-low emissions.
Tongling project officially started on March 25 this year, wet electrostatic precipitator total duration of 50 days. Due to the tight construction schedule and small site, it involves multi-disciplinary cross-construction. As a result of its quality and quantity being successfully completed, Longjing Environmental Protection has been carefully organized from design, delivery, construction and commissioning to ensure the project is delivered on schedule. This project adopts the water-saving fiberglass tubular wet electric dust removal technology independently researched and developed by Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. It is a demonstration project of wet-type electrostatic precipitator of one million kilowatts unit of Longjing Environmental Protection Group and a 660MW unit of Hebi Heji Power Plant in Henan Province Hefei Power Plant 630MW units and other wet power projects put into operation after another large unit of fiberglass wet power projects to help users achieve ultra-low emissions. Currently, Longjing Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. has accumulatively undertaken more than 40 sets of glass-fiber reinforced plastic wet-type projects, covering 75t / h ~ 1000MW each level of units. Compared with other wet electricity technologies, glass fiber reinforced plastic tubular wet electricity technology has better corrosion resistance and lower water consumption performance, and is the preferred technology of the wet electrostatic precipitator for coal-fired power plants.
