The output value will exceed 5 billion yuan and the tax will be 450 million yuan. It will be completed and trial production in 2013; the second phase will be an annual output of 750,000 yuan. Tons of propylene, with a total investment of 2.85 billion yuan, will have an output value of more than 8.3 billion yuan and a tax of 800 million yuan. It will be completed and put into production by the end of 2014.
