At present, the G-generation crane intelligent boom technology includes: working condition inquiry technology, hoisting follow-up technology, and variable amplitude compensation technology.
1. Intelligent boom technology interface selection
In the main interface of the first display, click the menu button in the lower left corner, and select the smart boom button in the pop-up menu, as shown in Figure 1. On the right side of the smart boom interface, there are hoisting, variable amplitude compensation, and working condition query. The buttons are used to switch, as shown in Figure 2.

(1) Introduction to the hoisting function (currently equipped with the technology XCT55L6, 90 tons and above G generation products)
The hoisting has two types: the arm mode and the ground mode. The arm mode refers to the hoisting and retracting of the wire rope during the telescopic (or variable) process, so that the distance of the hook from the arm head remains unchanged; the ground mode is Refers to the hoisting of the automatic retracting of the wire rope during the expansion (or luffing) process, so that the distance of the hook from the ground remains unchanged.
a, hoist follow-up function conditions
After selecting the hoisting function, the hoisting will only follow when the telescopic handle is in motion and the arm state (arm pin unlocking, cylinder pin locking, arm position); when the triggering occurs during the hoisting follow-up Height limit, trigger three turns, right front and rear direction are not in the middle position (with winch action), wireless selection open, fixed jib working condition, overload, variable amplitude compensation function, etc. will automatically cancel the hoisting follow-up Features.
b, hoist follow-up function use
In the smart boom hoist follow-up page, there are three buttons in total, as shown in Figure 2. The first button is the hook initialization button, which is used to initialize the total length of the wire rope. The method is to trigger the height limiter and select this. Button, but the magnification should be selected correctly at this time, otherwise the calculated total length of the rope will produce an error. This button is only used when the length of the hook is not accurate from the length of the arm.
The second button is the hoisting follower head mode, and the third button is the hoisting follower ground mode. Click the button, a dialog box will pop up asking if the arm head (ground) mode is activated, select √, activate the hoist follow, select ×, cancel the hoist follow, and the hoist follower function is actually activated. The left signal is subject to When the signal light is green, it indicates that the hoist follow function has been activated, and red indicates that it is not activated.
(2) Introduction to the variable amplitude compensation function (currently equipped with the technology XCT55L6, 90 tons and above G generation products)
During the process of lifting (falling), the variable amplitude is automatically controlled to realize the compensation for the amplitude change caused by the deformation of the lifting hook boom, that is, the lifting and lowering (falling) automatically adjusts the amplitude changing action, thereby solving the lifting The problem of yaw in the process, improve the lifting accuracy and reduce the difficulty of handling.
a, variable amplitude compensation conditions
The variable amplitude compensation function will be disabled under the following conditions. The amplitude compensation function will also be canceled if the following conditions are triggered during use.
1. Select wireless function
2. The left handle has an action or the right handle has a direction of motion.
3. Super-lifting conditions

5. Tower arm working conditions

7. Force limiter failure

b, use of variable amplitude compensation function
In the variable amplitude compensation function interface (Figure 3), click the middle amplitude compensation button.
In the dialog box that pops up whether to activate the variable amplitude compensation function, select √ to activate the variable amplitude compensation. If you select ×, the variable amplitude compensation is turned off.
When the amplitude compensation is activated successfully, the light in front of the button turns green, and if it is not activated, it is red.

(3) Automatic use of working conditions
Step 1: According to the requirements of the lifting operation, input the operation information, including: lifting weight, starting amplitude, termination range and working height (optional, not less than 5 meters);
Step 2: Click the search button in the lower right corner. Note: Do not perform other screen operations during the search process!
The recommended results are sorted by priority and up to 10 case codes are recommended.
Step 3: Click the corresponding working condition code to enter the performance table query page corresponding to the working condition. The blue bar display area is the recommended vehicle configuration. Click the lower right button again to implement one-button working condition configuration. Other operations, you can complete the choice of working conditions!
