It is reported that the "Research on Lightweight Design Technology of Marine Anchor Winding Machine" project is to achieve the final result of 20% weight reduction and 20% energy saving by optimizing structural design.
Zhongchuan Oasis has carried out a number of technical studies on the high-efficiency transmission design of the anchor winch, the vibration-damping design of the anchor winch, the development and test verification of the anchoring machine prototype, the design specifications of the lightweight anchoring machine and the technical standards, and solved the anchor. Key technologies such as winch structure optimization technology, hard-tooth surface drive technology of anchor winch, and digital prototype test verification.
The 78AM3/150kN hydraulic anchoring combination machine and system prototype developed by the project have passed the certification of China Classification Society. At the same time, 9 design specifications and technical enterprise standards for lightweight anchoring machine, 4 patents, 1 software copyright, and published papers 12 have been completed. The paper has formed a lightweight design technology system for marine anchorage machines with domestic leading level and independent intellectual property rights, which further improved the technical level of China's ship supporting industry and enhanced the market competitiveness of CSIC Oasis Anchor Strander products.
In addition, the research project of China Ship Oasis Ship Anchorage Module has also passed the acceptance of the Expert Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The completion of the project solved the key technologies of the division, function determination, structure and interface design of the ship anchoring machine module, and formed the research report and draft standard of the Ship Anchoring Machine Module.
