The adjustment of the load in the two-stage grinding process becomes the key, and how to better adjust the load becomes an important factor in the final grinding fineness. Unreasonable adjustment will reduce the effective work of the first stage classifier , resulting in an imbalance in the distribution of processing between the two sections of the mill .

The two sections of the first section of the open grinding process differ in that one is pre-graded and the inspection grade is combined in the same operation, and the other is separate. This process requires a reasonable allocation of the volume of the two-stage grinding machine, or a reasonable allocation of the load of the two-stage grinding machine, otherwise the grinding production capacity will be reduced. For example, if the first section separates the crude product, the second section of the mill will have insufficient load, and the total production capacity of the two sections will decrease. On the contrary, the first section will separate the product of the fruit vinegar. If the load of the grinding machine in this section is insufficient, the load of the second section of the grinding machine is too large, which will also reduce the total production capacity. The distribution of load between the two grinding sections is controlled by the first-stage grinding section. The flow granularity is adjusted.
