JC35: We are now in an assembly shop at Yongbo. Last year, Yongbo's new plant has been completed. Can you tell us about the company's current situation?

Wang: The factory building we saw is a new factory that we started in July of last year. It covers an area of ​​56 acres and the whole plant has 23,000 square meters for processing, assembly, and warehousing. The company is striving to exceed 50 million yuan this year. Sales revenue. Former Yongbo company is mainly engaged in simple automatic lathes. Then we started from 2010 and went to do the NC industry, which is exactly the same as what you just said. We saw the development of the country, saw the increase in the demand for customer products, and saw the country’s requirements for product quality improvement, so we are from the ordinary Lathes to CNC lathes for technical improvements. After more than two years, we now have about 4 to 5 such models. The most important thing is to see such a flagship product of our company, a row of knife-type CNC lathes, this product is currently Domestically speaking, it belongs to the advanced level. There are two or three domestic companies that can do so. It should not be in Zhejiang province yet. Then our company also hopes to be a manufacturing base for precision machine tools in Zhejiang Province. The advantages of this machine tool and what everyone has seen, including the Yuhuan and many companies around it, are two big ones. One is that the speed of the spindle has increased a lot. Now that the market may see 5,000 revolutions, then our machine tool can Do 8000 turns. Since we are using the technology of the electric spindle, after the speed of 8000 rpm is up, we can still ensure the smooth operation of the machine tool, which greatly improves the quality of the cutting process; then there is the speed of the movement of our machine tools. The speed of the machine (machine) at 8-10 meters, which is a little better, can only reach about 18 meters. Then our machine tool can reach a speed of 20 meters and 24 meters. Then such rapid traverse speed and spindle speed can bring about higher production efficiency and better processing quality. Therefore, this is a relatively new and relatively advantageous product of Yongbo Machinery in Zhejiang Province.

This is another company in our company. It is called a CNC slitting automatic lathe. It is also known as a walking machine. Domestically, there are only two or three companies that do this kind of product, and do so at such a level. So with the full electric spindle, the rapid shift speed can reach 24 meters, basically can completely replace the imported machine, we also hold the goal of replacing the imported machine to do the product. Therefore, this product is also a key point in the future, and it can replace imports. As a whole, the price advantage in Zhejiang and the advantages of the entire service should be able to solve the confusion caused by imported machine tool services. Then in the periphery of our Yangtze River Delta region, our current slogan is “anywhere can reach any one of the Yangtze River Delta within four hours”, so the service can be done more promptly and the service can be better. So, we can say that we are not just selling machine tools, but more users are taking a product drawing, or samples come from scratch, do the whole tracking of technology, including its use in the future, services, Do a complete service and extend the entire manufacturing machine tool to a deeper level in the industry. It can be said that for many years, Yongbo has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of CNC machine tools, which is comparable to other countries in the country and even compared with foreign countries. Then we would like to say that it is inseparable that such achievements can be achieved and that companies are constantly pursuing innovation. What kind of planning does the company have in product and technology innovation? Can you tell us about it?

Wang: The whole should say that currently in Zhejiang Province as a whole, we belong to such a thing that the machine tool should not have the same grade. Then, besides these two machine tools, we will continue to adapt to the needs of the market and expand the models. Then from a horizontal development, the same machine tool and the same machine tool can have different configurations and different concepts. Then there is one more thing that means that by analyzing the customer's needs, many special functions are added to the same machine. In this way, through continuous innovation to achieve new uses, new customers, bring more scope for customers.

JC35: Then we know that the current competition in the domestic machine tool industry is also very fierce, but on the bright side, the state has given a lot of support for such equipment manufacturing as sophisticated. For the industry, it is both an opportunity and a challenge. How do you see the future development trend of CNC machine tool industry? What kind of company's own plan?

Wang: It should be said, as I said earlier, we used to be a simple automatic lathe. One of the biggest advantages of CNC machine tools is that they can greatly improve the quality of products. This is on the one hand. On the other hand, the variability of the entire process is relatively large. Because of the kind of automatic machine tool, replacing parts is almost impossible, which is a qualitative leap for CNC machine tools. The reason why we have to do more high-precision machine tools is to see the whole of China as the world's manufacturing base, customer requirements, the world's requirements, the quality will be higher and higher. In the entire area of ​​Ningbo, including most of Zhejiang Province, the quality of processed products and processing objects is still at an ascending stage. It is still in a stage of going from low to high. Now it is a larger part. It is processed in the middle or even on the low side. Our company is also seeing such an opportunity to occupy the high-end equipment manufacturing first, leading our users to these companies to do better product promotion. This opportunity is very promising from the perspective of our company, so we will spare no efforts to develop CNC machine tools.
