1. The broken plate is shaking and the sound is not normal.

2. Impact sound is generated in the thrust plate support pad

3. The connecting rod head produces impact sound

4. Broken product size increase

Loose lining

The support pad is worn, or the spring pull is insufficient or damaged

Eccentric shaft bushing wear

Severe wear on the lower part of the liner

Parking overhaul, tighten the lining

Replace the support pad or spring

Scrape the bushing or replace the bushing

Use or replace the liner on the liner to adjust the discharge port

5. The thrust plate falls off the support pad

6. The flywheel swings and the eccentric shaft rotates slowly.

7. The swing stops and the link swings back and forth.

Broken spring, broken tie rod or lever nut tripping

The pulley and flywheel keys are loose or damaged

The thrust plate is damaged or the connecting rod is damaged.

Replace the damaged part and reinstall the thrust plate
