(2) After each experiment is completed, the parts of the oxygen bomb must be rinsed with distilled water and wiped with a special towel;
(3) If a leak of oxygen bomb is found, replace the spare seal; otherwise, it cannot be used;
(4) If it is found that the oxygen bomb thread slides, the use of the oxygen bomb is prohibited;
(5) Oxygen bombs should be inspected periodically and at least once a year for hydrostatic testing (which can be sent to Sande for testing);
(6) After use, it should be cleaned. It is best to heat on the electric oven for 3~5 minutes.
(7) Care must be taken when taking oxygen bombs from the inner barrel to prevent damage to the inner barrel due to impact or falling.
Automatic oxygenator maintenance and maintenance (1) The trial oxygen must meet the requirements of GB213-96, and the use of electrolytic oxygen is prohibited. Oxygen cylinders should be placed in a place that complies with safety regulations;
(2) The oxygenator should be placed on a stable work surface;
(3) Oxygenators (including oxygenating catheters and pressure reducing valves) must not be in contact with various oils and fats;
(4) The oxygen conduit on the oxygenator should avoid bending and twisting;
(5) There is no open flame around the oxygenator;
(6) If the oxygen pressure of the oxygen cylinder is less than 5 MPa, replace it with new oxygen. If the oxygen pressure in the oxygen bomb exceeds 3 MPa, the oxygen in the oxygen bomb should be released, and the oxygen bomb reloaded and recharged.
