China Drying Network Co., Ltd. Fujian Ningde Xingyu Technology Co., Ltd. docked Beijing University of Science and Technology to develop a template method for the preparation of magnetic powder patent project recently opened.
In this project, polystyrene microspheres are prepared by emulsion polymerization. Through the optimization of formula, appropriate amounts of cobalt, antimony, copper, and bismuth are added to the ingredients to improve the antioxidant capacity of the products and to modify the surface of the products. The surface of the microspheres changes from oleophilic to hydrophilic and serves as a template for the growth of magnetic powders. The project technology has reached the domestic leading level. The prepared magnetic powder has high purity and low density, and can be used in the field of radar absorption and electromagnetic shielding.
