The third is technological progress. The full range of low-end products, high-end products can not be produced, leading domestic manufacturers can only compete at low prices to seize the market. For example, the price of high-performance liquid chromatograph produced in China is only 40,000-60,000 yuan, while the price of imported equipment is at least 300,000 yuan. Therefore, we must make a fuss about high-end new technologies.
The fourth is to go beyond monopoly. The invisible technical barriers are mainly manifested in two aspects. One is that the developed countries are under the guise of safety and health and environmental protection, and strict technical regulations are imposed on commodities, resulting in the use of large instruments with detection limits and higher sensitivity for laboratory testing. . At present, the large number of foreign instruments and equipment purchased by the inspection and quarantine system fall into this category. The second is to establish an evaluation system such as harsh equipment and equipment. Users who do not have authoritative technical certification data are afraid to purchase instrument equipment. Because China's equipment and equipment evaluation system is not perfect, foreign buyers or certification and accreditation bodies will require the equipment and reagent consumables used by the foreign companies to pass the assessment of foreign designated agencies or designate foreign brands. In contrast, developed countries have strict third-party evaluation constraints on equipment and equipment.
It is reported that in order to promote the development of domestic scientific instruments, in recent years the country has launched a series of plans to revitalize the domestic scientific instrument industry, assisting the development of domestic testing instruments and establishing a docking and exchange platform for the development of domestic testing instruments.
