Daming International is the first domestic offshore drilling platform with its own property rights

It is reported that Daming International has successfully completed the production of batch mechanical parts for the first set of self-owned marine drilling platform projects in China. The first batch of products have been successfully distributed from Daming Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Daming.

The mechanical component parts of the offshore drilling platform project were imported before. Daming customers, as the leading enterprises in the domestic large-scale offshore platform manufacturing field, began to find suitable mechanical component processing suppliers after independently developing such drilling platforms. After a detailed understanding of Daming International's equipment capabilities, production capacity, technical strength and quality control capabilities, after a rigorous tender review, the client finally reached a cooperation with Daming.

The characteristics of the mechanical components of the offshore drilling platform project are that the sub-components of the parts are large in volume, have many types of processing, high processing precision requirements, and the precision of the matching between the sub-components is also very high, which is a great challenge to the processing equipment and technical level. Daming International utilizes a large-scale floor boring and milling machining center and a large-scale fine gantry boring and milling machining center to coordinate high-level technicians to participate in the development of processing plans, and finally ensure the processing precision and delivery time of the products, and win praise from customers. The client stated that similar projects in the later stage will still give priority to cooperation with Daming International.
