Full automatic:Full automatic production to save the labor cost.The procedures of pre-feeding, cutting, stripping, terminals crimping are full automatic.During the inspection it automatically controls tangled wire, defective wire, pre-feeding device, wire crimping and air pressure.
High Quality:We use imported high precision servo motor, THK high precision slides and imported pneumatic components.
Crimping:The crimping machine is controlled by high precision Italian BGM frequency converting motor, which decreases the working noise, increases the servicing time, and improves the tensile strength.
Easy to use:PLC control with touching screen can adjust the stripping length, cutting depth and also the crimping position.
