In China, despite the emergence of a number of microcontrollers as the core to replace the expensive PLC-based environmental controllers, due to the inability to solve commonly used sensors such as thermal resistors, humidity sensors, and popular voltage and current type integrations. The problem of sensor compatibility, resulting in poor controller flexibility, the overall cost of the system is still high. This article mainly analyzes the distributed artificial climate room monitoring system. It overcomes all kinds of defects and is currently the mainstream domestic controller.

In the artificial climate incubator system, each artificial climate box is equipped with a set of the environmental controller for real-time comprehensive control of the indoor environmental factors. On the one hand, the environmental controller is used as the control core of the system. It combines the 5-channel A/D acquisition channel with sensors to collect field data in real time, and then collects field data and host computer or controller groups according to specific control logic. The control parameters set by the network module are compared, and then the corresponding control algorithm is adopted to adjust and control the front field execution equipment according to the comparison result, and the comprehensive control of various environmental factors in the intelligent artificial climate box is finally achieved. In addition, the environment controller can also communicate with the controller network module through the RS-485 communication interface, and forward the on-site data to the host computer for its use. On the other hand, the monitoring host as the system's host computer through the RS-485 bus network module with each controller networking, can achieve the remote monitoring of each artificial climate box on the network. Among them, the controller networking module is a functional single-chip microcomputer subsystem.
